PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. I aim to ship withing 3-5 working days. I will contact you with the update in case of the delay caused by unforseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped internationally are shipped tracked. They are shipped with the Poczta Polska (Polish national mail service) and passed over to the mail services in your country. You will receive an email with the tracking info shortly after your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders shipped within Poland are shipped by InPost Courier.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

WRAPPING

All jewellery is nicely packaged in a Stardust Mine Jewellery box or in a delicate cotton pouch, ready for gift giving. Attached to your order are care instructions and contact information.
